I am truly worried that I am going to get a minus (-) in your analysis of "Writer" by my very first article. In addition to that I have a real phobia about writing and authorship. But we have to face ourselves and our phobias, don't we? I'd like to prefer the hardest way. Well, the matter has gained a different outlook by its title already.

I have always envied people (I'd call them "magicians of words"), who are able to express themselves rightfully in a material way. I was used to get very much affected by them. And this envy that had has carried me to the whim to write. I have not been taking myself or my envy seriously enough till when, my Hasan, my Sonsuz came out with a suggestion for me to write for "DerKİ". I was used to write for my own in my fearless limitations and enjoy myself but one night, the chat that I had lasted till early morning hours has made me realize the price of envy. It has revealed all my fears about getting entitled to write and also being placed in this column. Here I am at the end, after a couple of weak objections by my side. :))

When the time had come to determine the subject; I said “sink or float" and have decided to present you with the subject that occupied my speeches for quite some time. A little risky? A little?? Am I mad? I am still beating around the bushes. Oh boy, you can't get into the subject in a heartbeat when you have a title like this.

The matter is this dear reader; when we girls had a gathering we used to share our innermost feelings about the sexuality. We had shared our personal experiences, our traumas time to time, shared our searching and our discoveries as a result of our experiences sometime. And our chaos has gotten bigger when we've become acquainted with spirituality, energy work, reiki..... We've read and heard sooo many things but the matter has kept its secrecy and we never really able to get into the subject as I am doing right now. In fact, sex and sexuality had been thrashed out in so many women's magazines,”Don’t touch that way, touch this way", "burn candles, fumigate the man" " women are spoiled, do what you know best, don’t listen to this" “Is beard sexy or moustache? Fat women? Or thin ones are suitable for your love life?"  Oh men, the subject is already complicated enough, with all these more question marks added to the minds instead of clearing them.

What would the searching soul do? Especially, if he is spiritual? He reads everything that his hands get on. As the principle of the new age movement, first he gets into Hindu, Chinese in order to discover their ways... And then he moves to the Zen art of love making, Kama Sutras.....

Tell me, is the name of action Sex, the name of touching is making Love?

If the whole thing is all about PRELUDE, candles and incense, bubble baths and champagne, little caress and a little tongue games as it stated in men's and women's magazines, can't help to wonder what kind of accessories being used in those ancient times.

The life becomes more like cats' and dogs' interaction when you forcefully try to include your life partner into your self search and chaos. You have your so many puzzle pieces in this case, but this puzzle is for two people, you can't solve it alone.

Let's put the joking aside, it was possible in fact, to explore all about this matter without going to the library, going into all those books when you combine you’re searching with your knowledge.

Nowadays, even the toddlers know what chakra is. Also majority of us know all about chakras, their places and their functions by the book. And Einstein gave us a formula E=m.c2 , which means that everything that exists came into being by atoms, in short; the energy exist!  Well, which chakras’ E cause the sexual functioning? The 1st and 2nd chakras. This means that we produce with these two chakra centers and we create an E which has high motion. Let's call it E of Sex.

Alright, when all these chakras are functioning, do other chakras remain as step chakras? It would be so unfair. Let's add some Heart chakra and Throat chakra functioning into the matter. Let's love and admit it for instance. What happens then? Our E becomes more voluminous. But we still have many other chakras we did not include in the matter. The formula is still half complete.

The majority of human population have experience their sexuality by 1st and 2nd chakras functioning. However only a certain group of people add 2 more chakras functioning to the matter. Aaaand, they discharge the product/the end result at the end without considering its value.

Sex, only....

That means to say that, we need a better and more developed formula.

The product of all these efforts should be more lasting and fertile.

Right at this point, while my inquiries has forced has forced me to understand the tantric love making, the Zen and the Kama Sutra, I was very much annoyed by my findings that the Kama Sutra was actually "the art of using beautiful words of love" when I was considering it as “the art of Pornographic Positions”, all that time.

My efforts to figure out the E of the matter have thought me so many things.

First of all, I have come to an understanding the reason why all these prohibitions and diets included in the ancient teachings about sex. Well, if you are considering

Sex as 1st and 2nd chakras even only 1st chakra functioning, all those placed there to remind you by saying “oh common, don’t tire yourself, you don’t have that many

Es to waste, after all”. Because when you only use the first two chakras, name of the matter is Sex and the product is wasted but when you are able to include all the chakras in the matter it is called making Love and the equally shared product can be more lasting.

That is why, all these ancient teachings had tried to include all the chakras in the matter by using various techniques. They had considered so ethical and informative to share the product and to transfuse it into the life as a creative energy, by the Es came out of it. This could be giving birth to a child or creating a masterpiece of art. The partners had used the energy that they have accumulated during and at the end of their sexual experiences to paint a picture, dance or sing together instead of wasting it.

If you ever read about Kama Sutra, you must know a lot about the importance of this

Art of love in the Indian Culture. It is not so difficult to perceive its importance in its time and its regional conditions. Even though its actuality and practicality are not so easily adaptable.

The Hindu doctrine had 3 main branches;

KAMA , ARTA, DHARMA

Dharma: divinity, spirituality

Arta      :  abundance consciousness, prosperity

Kama    :  pleasure, enjoyment, love

When you look at the first basic 63 lessons of Kama Sutra and try to adapt them to our time, you may be surprised to see that they still are valid.

Let’s go over some of the Kama Sutra teachings that an adolescent teenage girl needs to learn;

To speak beautifully (speak nicely and wisely)

To shoot arrow, to learn the art of using guns (

To comb, braid and grease hair (It is not so different, the women of our time use gels instead of grease and they have become experts on the subject)

To apply henna and tattoo.

To build and decorate the house (Isn’t it still valid in all the cultures and the regions that she brings her own energy and order into her house?)

The list would go on and on, but when you consider all these teachings in our time conditions and with your own ethics, you would realize that they all there to make life easier for you and at the sum of all these word games, they’ve contain the same facts basically.

They make you organize your own life to balance the energy flow. They make you have self respect, make you well cared which we still are trying to do that... Aiming that when all these conditions are very well placed and you’re open and sparkling E come together with another open , sparkling E, the sexual encounter have long lasting, fruitful high vibration and enjoyment.

We keep saying candles? Why? Does the yellow flickering light make it easier for us to see and feel the energies? Or it’s just the romanticism? All those incense and musk necessary, perhaps to eliminate our own odor? Or to purify and reinforce the field’s energy? Does it have to be like this?

No, it is possible that by your discernment to determine the other instruments instead, which is going to do the same job. Maybe all these instruments are necessary to include our bodies in the matter with all its senses and all its chakras. We could create a divine and sacred E with the formula which made up of combining all these. And we would call it the art of LOVE or MAKING LOVE.

I think the rituals and accessories being used are variable depend on the individuals.

When we create our own formulas, our explorations will bring us a different type of enjoyments. That means, the sexual functioning of itself is not a taboo and is the weak spot to form a High E in fact.

Oh, I’ve finally completed this article by turning the subject over and over without touching any serious points.
