But people are so illusioned that even our cultural background and teachings are not respected anymore. Our people seem to forget that we are from Anatolia where the most important cultural civilizations and Sufism teachings grow and they choose to follow ordinary American mediums who are highly commercial in their conveys and believe to be enriched spiritually with these. And they invite and supply them with considerable financial incomes in our ountry. They visit and honour them with great respect. There are mediums, dragons, angels, all kinds of Reiki, antennas, those initiating to the core of the World, those who believe to be prophets and so on and on and on.

Instead of investigating “Yunus Emre” consciousness, our people find it more attractive it investigate “Archangel Michael” or “Kryon of magnetic field”. This is due to our meaningless West fanaticism... We adopted the fast-food madness to mystic knowledge run for a new initiation even during a lunch break and thus hope to gain the deep mystic knowledge.

All the funny things done with the angels, dances and meditations. And the beautiful people of my country are programmed more and more to deceiving themselves.

These days the mystics open a person’s chakras over a phone(!) and get paid for it... Or initiate a whole group from a considerable distance to open their path of awareness. Actually, both of the parties believe these and act so. This deception and mass madness is spreading out fast.

I hope those who attend these group or variously named initiations spare some time to explore what an initiation is and where the given symbol information can take them. Every symbol and what it stands for is a product of a long, historical process. Symbols, concepts, initiations cannot be free of cultural history.

Awareness way of evolution can not be reached by opening the chakras and doing some mystic practices. Evolution can only be reached be life experiences; interactions of the social human with the others. Instead of opening the chakras, a person has to live using his/her conscience and mind.

While millions die of hunger, many battles are fought in this world, can neither a mystic nor his followers can evolve by opening the chakras.

Anyway, this is not what is expected of people; what is expected of them is to be “human”...  Real success comes by finding out and saying “I am a human being” after years of investigation, initiations, practices and learnings. And this takes great courage to admit.

All around the world humanity is in search of spiritual answers these days and full of spiritual leaders  who take advantage of this situation.

These are :

Financial profit seekers / Spiritual satisfaction seekers.

Those under the influence of a formless being force their followers obey this being too. (This is called group obsession and the formless being usually emposses the group leader to see himself/herself as a prophet or God.)

Or those not seeking financial or spiritual satisfactin but tend to be an imitiation of a real master lacking the required capacities, fake initiaters and masters.

Awareness is accepted to be a process by the esoteric teachings. Performed ceramonies symbolize the beginning of this process whether it is a highly developed or primitive culture. Whatever the cultural status, awareness process requires a certain intelligence. What is mentioned here is that person has to be aware of his/her uniqueness in both the humanity and nature. Awareness is the conscious understanding process of a person of himself/herself.

The deep understanding of the concepts and consciousness make up the awareness process. And this requires a deep exploration of the main teachings and knowledge. Unfortunately those in search miss this important point and follow the teachings that do not take them anywhere. And still unfortunately, there are many fake masters around to teach them some obsessive knowledge. Today, for the sake of awareness, people fall into the web of an international brain washing process.

Reiki is also a self awareness path. Even when you are not consciously aware, once you step into this teaching, you stumble over the first stones of self-awareness. Then, comes the cleaning process. Sometimes tiring, sometimes delightful but this path goes on and on. Reiki is not only a physical recovery process, it is a style of living. It is not a job, a hobby or a joyful thing to do. Lately we see those becoming a master just to put it on their CV’s. Or those deceived to take all the initiations at the same time and tend to be suicidal.

Path of self-awareness, if it goes through admitting our deceptions, why should we postpone it? It is time to take our own responsibilities, it is even getting late for this. There is no magical stick around for people to wake them up to their self-awareness but only fake lives. The unseen behind the seen has to be discovered. We should never forget these words of the Austrian Dr. Wilhelm Reich :

“Listen littleman... You, only you are responsible from your life!...”
