I’ve been in spiritual issues for nearly ten years. My first book on this issue was Ramtha’s “Soulmates”. Through all these years, i’ve been reading so many boks which most of them written by the writers living in USA or some other countries of the world. Then one day has come that i started to ask myself: “We, Turkiss people are living in a special location in the world. Why aren’t we sharing our experiences with the people of the world?”.

Yes, Turkiye is on a special location of the world. Our country is the connection point of three continent (Asia, Africa an Europe), so that we are living a very special energy and so many different experiences here. Our country has a great energy potential coming from its historical past that so many cultures were passed through our land. Nearly every religion lived through this land and also three big religion is taking place. And so so so… So Turkiye has a great spiritual potential and there are people who wanna try to use this potential and wanna share their experiences with the world. We are a little part of these people, and hope there will be so many of us that you can read our articles.

derKi’s main sentence is “We are living on the Earth. We have a great soul, but we’re not angels, we’re human beings at all. Our real mastery is living good and in peace in this world.” So that our articles are aiming to combine spiritual knowledge with the real life. But spirituality is meaning “life” for us also. ;) (We have a huge hinterland for our magazine)

derKi’s articles that you can see in our first issue were written in Turkish. A translation team that formed by volunteers translates these articles to English. This was a hard mission and i believe our translators performed a good job. But i know we have some mistakes. Please forgive us from these that this is an only a volunteered job, not a professional one. J

We started our English issue for sharing Turkish writer’s articles with you. But that doesn’t mean who aren’t Turkish can’t be a writer of derKi. We want derKi, be the meeting point for writers all around the world and our further issues you can read many non-Turkish writers –may be including you-. Please be free to send your articles to us and if after acceptance of your article, we will translate it to turkish and publish in our Turkish issue also.

I wanna thank all of derKi writers and translators for this issue, and also my english teachers Mrs. Sara Bakirezen, Mr. Ahmet Develi, Miss Leyla Altan, Mrs. Gunay Sarac... ;)

Welcome to derKi and i hope you’ll enjoy it. J

With love,

Sonsuz
